Olivia A. Webb

Olivia was born and raised in Miami Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida where she majored in Political Science and minored in both Journalism and Business. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Olivia went to work at the Office of the Public Defender as a legal secretary here in Miami. Her year of experience as a legal secretary allowed her to prepare for law school and gain a better understanding of the legal system from an administrative standpoint.
Olivia obtained her juris doctorate from Florida State University College of Law. Having always had an interest in business, Olivia chose to tailor her legal education to primarily business law coursework such as Bankruptcy, Corporations, Corporate Law and Finance, and Tax, which allowed Olivia to obtain her Business Law Certificate. Olivia was awarded the Cali Book of Excellence Award in Contracts and the Pro Bono Award for completing over 100 pro bono hours.
While attending law school, Olivia was a member of the Federalist Society, Women’s Law Symposium, Business Law Society and the Transfer Student Organization where she served as Secretary. She worked as a teacher’s assistant for Business Risk Management. Olivia also worked as a law clerk at the Leon County Attorney’s Office and the Office of the Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Department.
Olivia’s practice areas include business bankruptcy, representing both debtors and creditors, and commercial litigation such as contract disputes, deceptive and unfair trade practices, post-judgment collection and enforcement, and landlord/tenant disputes. Olivia is admitted to the practice in the Southern District of Florida and the Bankruptcy Court. She is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
