Franco Della Torre is an associate with the firm. Mr. Della Torre has a background in corporate finance, corporate regulations and taxation, Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations and complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Della Torre represents clients in Chapter 11 reorganizations and complex commercial disputes throughout South Florida.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Della Torre worked as an international corporate restructuring attorney at an AmLaw 100 firm serving Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Della Torre also founded a law practice advising startups on entity formation, equity structuring, and capital raising.
Mr. Della Torre earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence and Law from the University of Buenos Aires.
He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Della Torre is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He is also proficient in Italian.
