
Daniel Karmansky
Associate
Daniel Karmansky was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Rutgers University, where he majored in Political Science. During that time, Mr. Karmansky worked with the legal team of one of the largest healthcare companies in New York City.
Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Karmansky attended Florida International University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Mr. Karmansky earned several honors including Dean’s List recognition in nearly every semester, served as a Member of the Moot Court team, President of the Jewish Law Student Association, and Secretary for Phi Alpha Delta. He also clerked for a prominent commercial litigation firm in Miami, coached several championship-winning Moot Court teams, and reached the Quarter Finals of FIU’s Appellate Advocacy Competition.
After completing his legal studies, Mr. Karmansky joined Florida’s largest law firm, where he represented a wide array of clients—including a Fortune 10 company—at all stages of litigation, participating in two jury trials that resulted in favorable verdicts for his client.
Mr. Karmansky is experienced in a broad range of commercial litigation, business bankruptcy, real estate disputes, assignments for the benefit of creditors (ABC), and judgment enforcement. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business and financial disputes, including matters involving breach of contract, fraud, fiduciary duty, and real property litigation. Mr. Karmansky also assists clients with transactional matters and provides counsel throughout the lifecycle of insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
Mr. Karmansky is natively fluent in both Russian and English.
Outside of the office, Mr. Karmansky enjoys playing ice hockey, being out on the water, and competing in jiu-jitsu.
