Born and raised in South Florida, Alex’s practice focuses on representing companies, creditors, and other parties-in-interest in a number of in-court and out-of-court restructurings, recapitalization, and other matters.  While focusing his practice on insolvency related representations, Alex also represents hedge fund managers, investment funds, and their investors in disputes such as breaches of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of investor funds, and breach of contract claims.   Alex’s other practice areas also include complex commercial litigation such as contract disputes, post-judgment collection and enforcement, and commercial tenant disputes.
