On behalf of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida (BBA), I welcome you to our website.

Please take a few minutes to browse our website, which contains information about the BBA, including upcoming events, member announcements, a member directory, and resources for bankruptcy practitioners. Members may also register for our events through our website. We continually update the website, so please check back often.

We are looking forward to an incredible year ahead with our annual programming including brown bag lunches, happy hours, luncheons and other networking events and CLE opportunities for our members. In addition, we are committed to expanding the pro bono services offered by our members through our pro bono help desk and other avenues of outreach, including the Bankruptcy Bar Foundation of the Southern District of Florida.

We are also particularly excited for the BBA’s signature event, its Annual Weekend Retreat. Our 36th Annual Weekend Retreat will be held on May 15 – 17, 2019 at JW Marriott – Marco Island.
